Graphic Design Double Exposure
Assignment:
For this assignment you will be creating a trendy double exposure image. Do an internet search to see tons of cool examples! The possibilities are endless!
Before you get started using the tutorial, you will need to find a portrait image of a person or animal. It will be helpful if your starting picture has a white or solid colored background (it will be easier to erase). The next thing you will need to find is a landscape image- this could be of a forest, cityscape, snowy mountains, field, backyard, planets, etc...
Open Photoshop
Create a new document that is 8.5 x 11 inches 200 ppi
Copy and Paste the portrait image into the new document, and resize to fit.
Erase the background from the portrait.
Now you are ready for the tutorial. Click on this link, and follow the instructions. Save finished design as both a psd file, and as a jpeg. Email Mrs. Hurd the jpeg format. This is due Monday April 25th.
