Drawing Class: Please look at pictures taken in class yesterday.  See below.  Pick your favorite.  Right Click and save to your student folder or jump drive. Open picture in Adobe Photoshop. Open your saved photo.  Using the crop tool, crop to interesting composition.  *Remember the rule of thirds!
Go to Adjustments< Image Size< change to as close to 8x10 inches as you can get and the ppi should be 200.
Now you are ready for the guided demonstration.

Peter Max Inspired Psychedelic Portraits

This year's Drawing I class produced these beautiful pieces after studying commercial artist Peter Max.  These psychedelic portraits are in proportion and demonstrate Max's use of color and pattern.

Art Club Activities

Art club meeting today and tomorrow after school.  Students will be making Sugar Skulls in celebration of Dia de los Muertos!  This is a fun and easy project for students to create.  I look forward to seeing the results.  More to follow.
